for all the moms

i just have to say there are some pretty amazing mothers out there...

i hope you know who you are!

it's now pretty easy for me to run somewhere because my girls are both in school. but as i watched a few friends this morning i realized just how amazing a mom has to be.

not only were they getting their kids ready and in the car, but the children looked darling!

they hauled out the running strollers, and even had snacks, AND they were healthy snacks!

AND these girls are doing all of this just to go for a run to try to keep their bodies lookin' good!

but that's not all-

they had children's birthdays and events to plan.

other family activities to prepare for.

family and guests coming to visit.

and don't forget about-

laundry

groceries

school functions

church functions

community functions

book group

homework

dinner to cook

and the easter holiday to plan for.

whew!

oh yes, they also have children that need

love

books read

bums wiped

diapers changed

lunch to eat

fingers bandaged

playdoh out of the can

etc

but they all had smiles on their faces and acted like they were perfectly happy.

they are amazing, wonderful examples to me.
