our sweeties decided they'd like to try out softball this spring. i was a bit skeptical at first, but it's turning out to be a great spring!
and we're at the fields so often that we are really soaking up the sun!
here's our belle at her first practice.

cleats, red tie-dye socks, pants, jersey, hat, bat, helmet, glove and last but not least-a super cute bag to carry it all in!

she thought it was funny to be on a horse team, but then she realized...
we've got a consistent hitter on our hands!
this weekend afton's team played over 2 hours, and 7 innings!
they were all worn out but beat the socks right off the opposing team.
aftie had 3 great hits and struck out once,
but we all thought the ump was calling the pitches a little high :)
great job to our girls!

Yeah to the hulse girls!!!!! So proud- I'm sure that ump was calling them high, they always do!!! Wish I could be there to watch you and cheer you on. I know you are doing great and playing your hardest. So proud of you.
