we did a little "hiking" at glen park the other day.
we were walking on a little dirt trail and ella said, " afton, this is just like camping, huh?"

they're kinda cute, don't you think?
we had some friends over one day to play and the kids did sand art.
what's sand art?
i don't know if we dreamt this up...
but we just draw a picture with elmer's glue and then pour sand over it and shake off the excess. the girls love doing sand art!
afton has been sewing. she's working on some bedroom decor.
these pancakes were made by afton! ella gives them a thumbs up!
