family goals

our family decided to make a goal for each month of 2010. we choose the goal together and then work on it all together. for january we are exercising every weekday as a family for at least 20 minutes after dinner. so far we have played dance dance revolution a few times
we've measured our endurance, flexibility and strength

we've made up a crazy new game that involves throwing a ball to each other and switching places


and tonite we did a bit of yoga

those are some impressive handstands! We are also doing Cindy Crawford in the morning (me and Teags) and Chris has been going to the gym. Calli is so full of energy, she doesn't need any extra exercise! We love you!!!

That sounds like fun! Good work on the handstands! We have been trying to do the same thing! We haven't been very good about it though. . . .
